• Entrants must be willing to give their contact number
• Entrants must purchase one or more Ego Aqium product to go into the draw
• Proof of purchase must be attached to the entry form
• All entrants will be notified by phone and Gregs Facebook
• If the prize consists of tickets for concerts, festivals, films, sports events or similar types of events and/or
holidays/flights, there can be no claim on any form of compensation in case of cancellation.
• All winners must be willing to be photographed to go on to Gregs Facebook
• If Winner is notified , they must respond within a week.
• If winner has not responded in a week, a redraw will take place
• The prize is awarded in its current state. The Provider is not responsible for any visible or hidden defects in the prize nor for any damage during delivery (shipping) of the prize.
• Winner will need to collect prize at their local Gregs Discount Chemist store once notified
• Maximum of 1 Entry per person
• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or payable in cash or other products or services. In case of refusal or non-acceptance of the prize or conditions that are inherent to the competition, the prize will not be awarded. In that case, the Provider is entitled to choose another winner.
